Bulk Email Management
Intralogic includes a bulk emailing facility that enables you to send emails to all people in the database - be it communities of people, individuals, or a group.
Event Calendar Management
Intralogic’s event calendar lets you broadcast corporate and community events, whilst also keeping track of personal events.
With this feature, users can now access a single calendar combining all their events - Corporate (everyone logged in can see these vents), Community (everyone who belongs to the community will see these vents) and Personal (only the organisation and attendee will see these events).
News Management
With Intralogic's news ticker – theres another way of broadcasting messages on your homepage. Intralogic's news ticker is intuitive and easy to use, so no matter their technical skill, all users can be kept up-to-date with the latest news.
Menu Management
This feature allows an administrator of the system to add, edit or delete any menu around the site quickly and with little technical knowledge (with the exception of the top menu). You can also change the structure of the menus by moving or indenting menu items to suit the changing needs of your organisation.
The menu management in IntraLogic allows you to add links to documents within the system, add links to external websites and link pages within the system.
What’s more, it allows you to restrict access to various menu items – instantly restricting access to documents communities and forms for certain users.
Community Management
Communities are used to categorise your organisation by Divisions, Business units, Departments, Geographical Location, Policies, Projects, Teams, Social Groups etc.
The community management component in IntraLogic is designed to eliminate overwhelming your staff will all your organizations content, You decide what content each person sees and what links to content to include on each community page.
Communities also bring your organisation together – you can personalise community pages by inserting images, ‘what’s new’ boxes, related content, tables, style sheets, hyperlinks etc - meaning employees can share and collaborate across the organisation.
Intralogic uses these communities to secure contact to people with permission and as an avenue to push content to relevant people. For example - If you create a payroll community and want to limit access so only the payroll department has access to the confidential information specific to them – you can restrict the community to only payroll staff. If you are not a member of the payroll community, the ‘payroll community’ option will not even appear on your navigation bar. In fact, non-members aren’t even aware this community exists!
Online Survey Management
The survey management feature in Intralogic enables the creation, updating and activation of surveys - for whatever purpose your organisation wishes to use them for. There is no limit to the number of surveys that you can conduct – and no limit to the number of questions in these surveys.
All survey results are tallied in ‘real time’ - as respondents complete their survey. What’s more, surveys can be targeted to individuals as well as groups - and user will only see a survey if they are a target group to complete the survey.
Image Library Management
IntraLogic comes with two image repositories; Image library for Homepage management, and; Forms image library for forms creation. The image library gives users fast and equal access to images corporate wide.
Resource Booking Management
No matter the resource, be it meeting rooms, company cars, building equipment etc, the resource booking feature in IntraLogic allows you to add, view and manage all your resources organisation wide. Resources can also be restricted to be used by selected people or communities only.
Intralogic allows you to define resources by type - to assign resource items to (i.e. meeting rooms), and item – a resource item/individual asset that can be booked by users (i.e. Meeting Room 1).
What’s more, resource booking can be viewed via either a calendar format – showing all bookings created by users for either a day/week, or resource format – showing all bookings for a specific resource for that day/week.
Chat Rooms
Chat Rooms are available on each community unit’s homepage. As ‘live discussions’, they promote idea sharing across your organisation, fostering communication between groups of people either within or across departments, peer groups etc.
Chat rooms are an immediate way to interact with others and the chat operates in ‘real time’ – and the discussion is lost once the chat session ends.
Online Forums
Like chat rooms, forums are a great tool to promote information and idea sharing across your organisation. They are however more permanent messaging system that that of a chat room.
Forums can be used in two ways – Digital notice boards, where people can post single messages in the forum of items for sale, help wanted, general announcements, ads, or even meeting announcements, and; Discussion Forums – where users can post questions and ideas on the message board, allowing people to respond as part of an online discussion.
