Information is centrally stored to enable everyone in an organisation or on a project to have up to date contact details as well as information about which projects they are or have been involved in. The type of information you'd like to track is flexible and can reflect your organisation's unique needs in this area.
You can also keep track of past performance and make decisions about their participation on future projects in an informed manner as a result. The information is maintained whether or not you're currently allowing them to access information within the system.
