How does EmailLogic work?
EmailLogic captures all emails from email accounts nominated by the administrators. This means while emails are arriving in your email account, EmailLogic captures a copy and stores them in the EmailLogic repository (Email Archive). Once captured, these emails cannot be deleted, thus ensuring your business meets compliance requirements for the holding of email records. However, they can be moved to folders and linked to communities.
