Forms and workflows
Online forms management works with the workflow management, meaning you can now attach workflows to online forms.
Rather than sitting around in in-trays and clogging up email, all your forms will be automatically captured and automated for approval by the designated approver. The data can then be processed either externally in applications such as Excel or via an online reporting function. It’s that simple.
Workflows are designed by the user without requiring technical knowledge. Using simple point/click, no programming knowledge is required. Intralogic has a built-in workflow management console so that users are notified and can action their workflow tasks. It also provides optional email notification and has workflow step escalation where workflow processes are escalated based on rules. Colour coding makes it easy to see which workflows are becoming urgent!
