These might relate to OH&S requirements, Site policies or Quality systems for example. A full history of when and where these were published is maintained for legislative and informational purposes.
By having a centrally managed repository of these important company documents, you can be sure everyone has the latest version and that they can easily be made aware of any changes that are made.
