How do you make sure contractors are using the current plans and not working off old versions?
The transmittals feature of Blueprint enables you to send and track all your documents during the lifetime of a project. Transmittals reporting will automatically let you know who has viewed the documents and latest versions, and who hasn’t. Automatic notification will be sent to those who haven’t viewed the latest versions, meaning they are liable should they not act on the latest changes.
Blueprint will also enable you to speed up the review process and eliminate expensive and inefficient paper based communications. Documents and mail can be tracked over the system to check their status and identify bottlenecks.
