PRESS RELEASE
Tutt Bryant Group chooses Weblogics for corporate intranet.

Sydney, Australia, 1st November 2009
The Tutt Bryant Group, ASX listed heavy equipment sales, hire and haulage specialists, has engaged Weblogics to deliver its new corporate intranet document management and business automation solution.
Tutt Bryant, which has grown substantially to now have operations throughout Australia , required a robust, fully integrated knowledge management intranet solution that would enable the business to better manage its knowledge assets and streamline business processes.
Prior to implementing Weblogics’ Intralogic, Tutt Bryant undertook an extensive study of internal requirements, identifying applications and importantly, potential for Return on Investment (ROI) within its divisions. As part of the research, Tutt Bryant spoke with existing Weblogics clients that were keen to share their ROI data, which all went to support the business case to implement this new system.
Peter Simon, Manager of Business Information Services says " As a diverse and widely distributed enterprise, the Tutt Bryant Group have significant challenges in managing the information assets and document flow within the business.
The Intralogic product will be used to improve operational efficiencies, with document libraries covering safety audits, permits, licensing, induction and safety information. The set up of electronic forms to handle approvals, expenses, leave forms and helpdesk will all control and manage what traditionally have been inefficient processes The software will also facilitate the management and coordination of complex tender documentation by providing instant access and collaboration for participants in shared tasks”.
Through a combination of organic growth and the acquisition of various business specific companies in each state, Tutt Bryant has an established network of specialist businesses that can respond quickly to the expected increase in construction and related activities including large infrastructure and resource related projects throughout Australia. The new Intralogic business intranet will provide the backbone to collaboration and business processes. As Intralogic requires no programming, it can be quickly deployed across the organisation by non-technical staff, allowing users to get instant productivity. One of the first projects the system will be applied to is in organising tender documentation, an environment where tender response contributors can be located in diverse geographical locations and the sheer volume of data can be overwhelming.
